This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of Executive Sales Specialists
• Foster a culture of accountability, cooperation, and ongoing improvement
• Enhance performance through well-defined expectations, KPI oversight, feedback, and performance management
• Utilize sales coaching tools and ensure strong adherence to CRM systems and sales instruments
• Establish strategic vision and regional priorities to achieve or surpass sales objectives
• Create and implement regional and strategic account plans in collaboration with teams
• Represent Pearson’s enterprise-level products and services while collaborating with customers
• Employ data, analytics, and business reporting to prioritize opportunities and enhance sales execution
• Oversee team budgets and contribute to national initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant professional experience
• At least 5 years of proven successful sales performance in higher education or a related enterprise sales setting
• Demonstrated capability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams within a dynamic business environment
• Strong skills in strategic selling, territory management, account planning, and consultative selling
• Proven ability to analyze and present data that supports business decisions, opportunities, and customer value articulation
• Excellent analytical, financial, and business reporting skills with an ability to make data-driven decisions
• Established ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve customer and business outcomes
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, Microsoft Office applications, and project management tools
