Regional Talent Acquisition Manager – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the recruitment process for senior sales positions, including those focused on institutional clients, ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), prime brokerage, and family office coverage.

• Actively seek out candidates using your personal network within the brokerage, institutional sales, and private banking/wealth management sectors.

• Assess candidates based on the quality of their client relationships and proven track record, rather than solely their CVs.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role specifications and align quality standards with current market benchmarks.

• Support candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey: from outreach and screening to interviews, offer negotiations, and closure.

• Deliver market intelligence and pipeline updates to the Leader of the Sales Talent Acquisition Team, based on genuine market insights rather than mere search activity metrics.

• Enhance employer branding in designated regions, increasing EXANTE’s visibility within the senior capital markets sector.

• Perform comprehensive reference checks, utilizing your network when necessary to confirm candidate reputation.

• Work efficiently within our internal systems, including BambooHR, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.


⛳️ Requirements

• A well-established personal network within the capital markets sales community, encompassing brokerage, institutional, prime, and/or wealth management, developed through direct industry experience or focused recruitment.

• Proven history of placing senior capital markets sales professionals, with the ability to discuss specific placements, their backgrounds, and reasons for transitions.

• A recruitment approach that is primarily network-driven at the senior level, rather than reliant on active searches or job board responses.

• Over 5 years of dedicated experience within the capital markets recruitment landscape, showcasing significant expertise in one or more segments.

• More than 5 years in executive search, headhunting, or in-house talent acquisition, specifically focused on senior financial markets sales recruitment.

• Direct experience in attracting UHNWI-facing, institutional, or prime brokerage sales professionals, as opposed to broad fintech recruitment.

• Strong commercial insight into the characteristics of a high-value senior sales hire, including client portability, relationship duration, and revenue or AUM history.

• Proficiency in English and at least one additional language; multilingual skills are a distinct advantage given our presence in over 70 countries.

• Outstanding stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging directly with Chief Revenue Officers, desk heads, and regional sales directors.
