This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Proactively identify senior talent across LATAM, pinpointing high-impact individuals within essential firms and markets.
• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of industry talent landscapes, including competitor frameworks, emerging leaders, and market changes.
• Establish long-term talent pipelines that align with shifting business priorities.
• Engage and foster relationships with senior-level, often passive candidates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to top talent, positioning Gensler as a long-term career choice.
• Execute highly tailored, consultative outreach strategies for niche and leadership profiles.
• Work collaboratively with regional leaders to understand changing business needs and capability gaps.
• Convert business strategy into focused talent identification methodologies.
• Provide market insights, including talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor evaluations.
• Maintain organized intelligence on key individuals, firms, and networks.
• Utilize data and research to guide strategic decisions regarding talent.
• Act as a senior representative of Gensler in the market.
• Represent the firm with credibility and professionalism in all candidate engagements.
• Enhance Gensler’s visibility within senior talent networks throughout LATAM.
• Over 15 years of experience in executive search, talent mapping, or senior-level recruiting within professional services or comparable environments.
• Demonstrated success in engaging and placing senior and leadership-level talent.
• Strong proficiency in market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence.
• Ability to work independently in a highly strategic and ambiguous environment.
• Exceptional skills in relationship-building and influencing senior stakeholders.
• High degree of discretion, professionalism, and executive presence.
• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to track and synthesize complex talent data.
