Regional Support Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the requirements and coordinate support for NDIS participants referred to MyIntegra for Support Coordination services.

• Support NDIS participants in executing their NDIS Plans and coordinating necessary services and supports.

• Complete essential administrative tasks to the required standard while ensuring full compliance.

• Foster and enhance relationships with quasi-government agencies and disability associations/groups.

• Build and sustain stakeholder networks.

• Promote MyIntegra within the market and cultivate interest in NDIS support coordination.

• Deliver presentations to Local Area Coordinators, Disability Service Providers, support groups, participants, and nominees.

• Strong capability to engage potential clients and secure leads from inquiries.

• Exceptional skills in establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to clients as necessary.

• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator.

• Allied Health qualifications or at least a Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or a similar field.

• Experience or knowledge in complex family health issues would be advantageous.

• Successful candidates must undergo an NDIS Worker Screening Check.

• Successful candidates must provide a current Working with Children Check.
