Regional Support Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the needs of NDIS participants referred to MyIntegra for Support Coordination services.

• Aid NDIS participants in executing their NDIS Plans while coordinating their services and supports.

• Complete required administrative tasks to the necessary standards and ensure full compliance.

• Foster and enhance relationships with quasi-government entities and disability associations/groups.

• Build and maintain stakeholder networks.

• Promote MyIntegra within the market and stimulate interest in NDIS support coordination.

• Present to Local Area Coordinators, Disability Service Providers, support groups, participants, and their nominees.

• Demonstrated empathy and compassion for individuals.

• Proficient in effectively presenting information and addressing questions from groups, managers, clients, and customers.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong aptitude for engaging potential clients and securing leads from inquiries.

• Advanced skills in developing and sustaining stakeholder relationships.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in the role of NDIS Support Coordinator.

• Allied Health qualifications or at least a Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or a related field.

• Experience or understanding of complex family health issues is advantageous.

• Successful candidates must complete an NDIS Worker Screening Check.

• Successful candidates must provide a current Working with Children Check.
