Regional Support Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Support NDIS participants in executing their NDIS Plans and coordinating necessary services and supports.

• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed to the required standards and maintain full compliance.

• Foster and enhance relationships with quasi-government organizations and disability associations/groups.

• Build and sustain stakeholder networks.

• Promote MyIntegra in the market and stimulate interest in NDIS support coordination.

• Deliver presentations to Local Area Coordinators, Disability Service Providers, support groups, participants, and nominees.

• Operate remotely while being located in Melbourne.

• Travel to visit participants and clients as necessary.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in engaging potential clients and converting inquiries into leads.

• Outstanding skills in cultivating and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Possession of a current driver's license and readiness to travel to clients as needed.

• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator.

• Qualifications in Allied Health or at least a Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or a related field.

• Experience or knowledge regarding complex family health issues is advantageous.

• Successful candidates must complete an NDIS Worker Screening Check.

• Successful candidates must provide a current Working with Children Check.
