Regional Support Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Support NDIS participants in executing their NDIS Plans while coordinating their services and resources.

• Carry out all necessary administrative tasks to the required standards, ensuring full compliance.

• Foster and enhance relationships with quasi-government agencies and disability associations/groups.

• Take initiative in developing and maintaining stakeholder networks.

• Promote MyIntegra in the market and spark interest in NDIS support coordination.

• Deliver presentations to Local Area Coordinators, Disability Service Providers, support groups, participants, and their nominees.

• Visit participants and clients as needed.

• Function autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Demonstrate empathy and care for individuals.

• Ability to effectively communicate information and address inquiries from groups, managers, clients, and customers.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Proficient in engaging potential clients and converting inquiries into leads.

• Excellent skills in nurturing and sustaining stakeholder relationships.

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

• Possess a current driver's license and be willing to travel to client locations as required.

• Have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator.

• Hold Allied Health qualifications or at least a Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or a related field.

• Experience or knowledge of complex family health issues is advantageous.

• Successful candidates must complete an NDIS Worker Screening Check.

• Successful applicants are required to provide a current Working with Children Check.
