This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for designated regional accounts, pinpointing growth opportunities and strategies for market expansion.
• Oversee the complete account lifecycle, which includes prospecting, negotiation, contract finalization, and ongoing relationship management with key stakeholders.
• Craft and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and client requirements to offer strategic recommendations and tailor solutions that enhance client success.
• Project sales pipelines, monitor key performance indicators, and compile regular business reviews for senior management.
• Leverage sales tools (e.g., SalesForce, Power BI) to formulate and track strategic plans and initiatives within assigned independent distributor accounts to execute and manage performance effectively.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including product, operations, and customer success, to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a robust professional network within the region to facilitate business development and account growth initiatives.
• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and create new business opportunities.
• Manage account budgets and P&L responsibilities for assigned territories, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
• Travel 50% within the assigned region (from Virginia to Maine).
• Preferred degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or business development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools; capable of analyzing data and generating actionable insights.
• Must be willing to travel at least 50% within the assigned territory.
• Must reside within the designated Northeast territory (Virginia to Maine).
