• Serve as a Trusted Advisor in the Cyber Security sector and become well-versed in CrowdStrike's services and products.
• Proactively engage with potential customers and current clients to uncover new growth opportunities for CrowdStrike services.
• Manage a sophisticated sales process from prospecting through to closure.
• Collaborate with our Regional Sales Managers and Regional Directors to develop and implement strategies for qualifying and closing enterprise business.
• Work alongside our Sales Engineers (SEs) to create and execute account strategies and plans.
• Partner with internal sales teams to drive both new and recurring revenue.
• Provide forecasts and updates on the sales pipeline to the management team.
• Deliver exceptional sales guidance and high-touch customer service, including escalation, triage, and coordination of urgent matters as necessary.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the CrowdStrike competitive landscape and effectively communicate the value of our solutions and services in comparison to relevant competitors in the cyber security market.
• Be a proactive individual who aims to exceed established targets, goals, and quotas.
• At least 3+ years of sales experience in generating new business.
• Demonstrated success in selling complex multi-product architectures to mid-enterprise organizations, engaging with C-level executives as well as evaluator-level engineers.
• Proven track record of exceeding expectations in a role focused on individual quotas.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales program development (not specific to tech, SaaS, or security).
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp new business and technical concepts.
• Experience in Security and/or SaaS sales is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
