Regional Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Align the Service Area with the priorities established by the business and the Service Director.

• Define best practices and implement standardized procedures across the Service Area.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and annual operating plans in collaboration with the Service Director.

• Continuously monitor KPIs and provide necessary support to Hub Managers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, contract performance management, fleet performance, EHS, planned maintenance, and quality assurance.

• Develop standard procedures for People Leaders and assist with their implementation at the Hub Manager level.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Services and Resource Management.

• Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Proven capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in leading programs and projects.

• Competency in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established project management skills are essential.
