• Convert global Data Center service go-to-market strategies into practical regional and local execution plans.
• Negotiate and finalize major framework agreements with large data center clients throughout North America.
• Manage multi-country customer accounts as cohesive portfolios while facilitating localized execution.
• Develop and oversee a collaborative regional sales network that encourages shared practices and coordinated delivery.
• Provide support and coaching to sales teams in service selling, strategic accounts, and digital lifecycle services.
• Implement customer engagement strategies and engage in strategic dialogues with hyperscale and enterprise clients.
• Monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and budget targets for the Data Center service segment.
• Advocate for the use of standard tools and data-driven practices to enable informed commercial decisions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Candidates must already possess work authorization that allows them to be employed by Hitachi Energy in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or service roles within the energy or data center infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience in negotiating complex service contracts and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure, digital services, and data center operations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and cross-country teams in a matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel across North America for customer and internal engagements.
