This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +7 more states.
• Accountable for the retention and expansion of the truck equipment and trailer sector.
• Drive revenue growth and improve profitability within the designated geographic sales territory.
• Attain sales and profitable growth in the assigned territory by marketing Clarience Technologies products.
• Create and refine a revenue forecast and sales funnel pipeline utilizing Salesforce.com.
• Perform market research and foster customer relationships through diverse selling strategies.
• Evaluate fleet inquiry sales leads and establish sales pipelines through cold-calling and inquiries.
• Uphold a professional brand image and pursue personal development through performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, marketing, or similar roles.
• Experience in Field Sales within the industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with the SalesForce.com CRM system is preferred.
• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, telephone communication, and presentation skills are essential.
• Strong negotiation abilities with the capacity to effectively address objections and navigate business challenges.
• Familiarity with truck equipment and trailer market segments is beneficial.
• Capability to learn and retain product-specific information to guide customers on product choices and requirements.
• High level of self-motivation to achieve results.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Must reside within the assigned region.
• Moderate to frequent travel based on regional demands.
• Work primarily takes place between the office and field.
• Maintains a basic home office for regional management.
