This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate Sales and Marketing Strategy – Collaborating with the sales team and executive management, the Senior Sales Manager spearheads the development and execution of the company's sales and marketing strategy to enhance market share and profitability across all business segments.
• Oversee Sales Organization Activities – Provide leadership to ensure sales revenue targets and profitability are met. Guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and marketing strategies without compromising company profits. Offer executive management comprehensive analysis, modeling, pricing, and strategies for business maintenance and growth. Facilitate communication and activities among all sales personnel to achieve organizational objectives.
• Business Expansion – Accountable for P&L and revenue growth for Hisense Home Entertainment products. Identify and coordinate efforts to attract new customers and product offerings. Provide guidance and leadership for potential product and business acquisitions. Deliver insightful business leadership regarding customer knowledge, consumer electronics, and long-term market positioning. Explore new avenues for growth.
• Team Building, Maintenance, and Participation – Collaborate with the sales team and other business leaders to ensure effective coordination and relationships across all organizational disciplines.
• Create a Sales & Marketing Plan – Establish a long-term action plan or set of goals that aligns with Hisense's business objectives. Synthesize information from diverse sources to develop a well-rounded perspective that enhances organizational performance.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Over 10 years of direct experience in the home entertainment industry.
• Ability to collaborate with internal department leads to ensure all business objectives are met.
• Capability to develop, coordinate, and communicate strategies, objectives, and programs for all marketing and sales initiatives.
• Willingness to travel nationally - 80% of the time.
