This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Conduct proactive sales outreach, including calls, meetings, and campaigns to promote Blue Owl's product offerings to both existing and potential private wealth investors.

• Acquire and retain assets under management within a designated geographic area through proactive communication and individual or group meetings.

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of market dynamics, advisor behaviors, and investor trends.

• Lead and actively assist the efforts of other Market Team members, encompassing Hybrid, Internal, and Sales Service teams.

• Facilitate capital-raising initiatives and ongoing client relationship management across the Northeast market.

• Participate in the entire client relationship lifecycle, from initial prospecting to the onboarding of new clients and the maintenance of current relationships.

• Enhance awareness, build relationships, and raise assets across Blue Owl’s complete range of investment products.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of FINRA Series 7, 63, or 66 licenses.

• A clean U4 record.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience.

• Proven success in raising capital from financial advisors associated with National broker-dealers or wirehouses.

• Experience with alternative investments and private market strategies.

• Understanding of regulatory frameworks throughout the United States.

• Capability to navigate U.S. jurisdictions from both a sales and regulatory standpoint.

• Adaptability to work with a dynamic and evolving product portfolio.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional time management, prioritization, and management of internal expectations.

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving success.

• Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.

• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
