Regional Sales Trainer

📋 Description

• You will mentor rental agents to enhance the rental experience by optimizing sales and service opportunities for every client.

• You will guide branch managers in training rental agents on sales techniques, customer service, and goal-setting strategies.

• You will perform and document evaluations of Rental Sales Agent Coaching and Feedback, providing data-driven insights to branch managers and leadership.

• You will acknowledge and reward the sales team to foster morale and enhance the branch culture.

• You will serve as an expert on all SIXT vehicles, protection items, and additional services.

• You will regularly collaborate with branch and regional managers to assess progress and complete comprehensive reporting.

• You will utilize AI tools and intermediate Excel skills to analyze detailed data, delivering customized reports that assist operations teams in boosting sales and service performance.

• You will meet all sales and service benchmarks while managing customer complaints in a professional and confident manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas or working in commission-based roles.

• You can translate quantitative data into actionable steps that enhance operational team performance and track their impact.

• You are willing to travel extensively within your designated area, with minimal overnight stays required.

• You excel in building interpersonal relationships and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

• You are highly organized and skilled at juggling multiple tasks effectively.
