This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Cultivating business relationships with both existing and potential customers across all product categories, enhancing the GEM brand, and supporting our mission to be “the microsurgeon’s most trusted resource.”
• Assisting with local, regional, and national trade shows as well as sales meetings.
• Engaging with prospective clients, delivering technical and administrative product insights and/or demonstrations.
• Fostering strong relationships with customers to earn their trust and respect; committed to fulfilling the expectations and needs of both internal and external clients.
• Tracking sales performance against forecasts and contributing to the assessment of market potential for the designated territory.
• Collaborating with hospital administration, supply chain management, materials management, and procurement teams.
• Offering feedback to the immediate supervisor and marketing team for the creation of marketing initiatives, product recommendations, product line adjustments, and pricing modifications.
• A Bachelor’s degree with over 3 years of pertinent experience OR more than 5 years of operating room sales experience (preferably in Plastics or ENT).
• A High School diploma is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Capability to build rapport with clients in the sales region and across the US market.
• Maintain operating room credentialing certifications, which include operating room protocols, Blood-borne pathogen training, immunizations, drug and criminal background screenings, and other required credentials.
• Ability to manage significant overnight travel, operating room environments, and tradeshow working conditions.
• Willingness to travel at least two days per week for trade shows, sales meetings, regional meetings, physician symposiums, and similar events.
