This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Responsible for managing accounts assigned to you.
• Create and implement annual budgets for these accounts.
• Oversee the daily management of the promotional calendar, including evaluation and adjustments, while leading the process for managing trade spending and pricing in relation to the promotional calendar.
• Collaborate with demand planning to develop precise sales forecasts and meet designated levels of forecast accuracy.
• Foster customer relationships at the Assistant Buyer/Buyer level and enhance connectivity in various functional areas such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, while also promoting the same across internal Newell functions to improve information sharing and decision-making.
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities conducted.
• Build strong relationships with existing accounts and potential customers.
• Perform occasional visits to supermarkets and hypermarkets in the region.
• Cultivate a positive and successful team atmosphere.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in similar roles or industries.
• Energetic self-starter who is also a collaborative team player.
• Strong drive for achieving results.
• Good influencing skills and persuasive abilities.
• Familiarity with negotiation techniques.
• Self-motivated with a robust work ethic and a strong commitment to achieving results.
• Ability to excel in a rapidly changing environment and manage high levels of pressure.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in an organized manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of handling and prioritizing multiple tasks and assignments.
• Willingness to travel 70% within the designated area.
• Valid Full Spanish Driver’s License.
• Language proficiency: Spanish & English (good written and spoken).
