This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify, sign, and activate partnerships with physician clinics within your target sectors, emphasizing practices that will adopt Molecular You as a standard protocol.
• Conduct educational sessions for clinics with physicians and clinical staff, effectively translating the biomarker platform into a straightforward patient conversation framework that the practice can independently utilize.
• Manage the entire sales process: from outreach and initial meetings to proposals, onboarding, and ongoing account development.
• Keep track of pipeline activity in the CRM, providing weekly reports on activation and volume objectives.
• Relay market intelligence back to the commercial team regarding objections encountered, which sectors are progressing swiftly, and areas where pricing or positioning may need adjustment.
• Participate in regional conferences and patient events hosted by clinics that are pertinent to your territory.
• Over 3 years of experience in selling specialty diagnostics, advanced lab services, functional medicine products, or nutraceuticals directly to physician practices.
• Established relationships with specific physicians and clinic contacts within your region, avoiding cold territories.
• Proven success in selling within at least two of our target sectors: longevity, integrative/functional medicine, concierge, women's health, performance medicine, or GLP-1/weight management.
• A history of consultative selling to clinical buyers who require education rather than mere persuasion.
• Self-motivated and field-oriented; you create your own schedule and are accountable for results without the need for daily oversight.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Driven by commission potential rather than base salary security; you prefer your earnings to reflect your contributions.
• Capable of translating a complex scientific platform into a clinical value proposition that can be effectively communicated in a 20-minute meeting with physicians.
• Primarily based in the target region with the capacity to be in the market for most of the week.
• Proficient in CRM systems with disciplined pipeline management practices.
• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Commission structure is uncapped.
