
Regional Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for the overall sales of designated product segments and SKUs within a specified territory.
• Achieve or surpass the sales objectives set for the assigned territory.
• Formulate and document a strategic plan to collaborate with distributor locations for organic revenue growth.
• Provide necessary training, participate in ride-alongs, conduct business reviews, showcase at open houses, and create co-op marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for product conversion, facilitate product trials, and negotiate commercial terms as needed.
• Convey critical information from financial outcomes to strategic objectives.
• Utilize Salesforce.com for the documentation and management of leads.
• Fulfill all contractual process obligations and document within SFDC.
• Record all initiated CBI opportunities and supply information as requested by product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of sales experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Bilingual capability with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Strong written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills.
• Experienced in delivering effective and professional sales/product training in-person or virtually (Webinar), to groups and various media platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in formulating and executing successful sales strategies.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets/quotas and the ability to prospect and close sales with both new and existing customers.
• Understanding of marketing principles and experience in gathering market intelligence and performing competitive analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
