
Regional Sales Representative – Architectural

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with architects, designers, owners, developers, general contractors, glazing contractors, and façade consultants within the designated region.
• Drive product integration into the basis of design for targeted projects and ensure specifications are secured early during the design phase.
• Safeguard specifications throughout the tendering and construction processes.
• Establish and oversee key regional accounts.
• Forge relationships with principals, design leaders, project architects, estimators, and project managers.
• Collaborate with engineering, drafting, project management, estimating, and operations teams on intricate façade applications.
• Coordinate internal resources to achieve customer outcomes and enhance project win rates.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across both existing and emerging market segments.
• Meet regional sales, growth, and profitability objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide support for customer projects from specification through to delivery and field support.
• Over 7 years of experience in sales, specification, or business development within architectural products, façade systems, building envelope, or similar industries.
• A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in securing specifications and converting opportunities into project sales.
• Experience in collaborating with architects, designers, glazing contractors, general contractors, and developers.
• Strong ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and achieve commercial results.
• Technical proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Experience in developing territory plans, managing pipelines, and meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with façade systems, specification processes, and BIM/Revit environments is a plus.
