This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers across the Western United States.
• Drive profitable sales growth while ensuring team members meet activity, performance, and revenue objectives.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and cultivate additional sales professionals as the region expands.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, ride-alongs, customer visits, pipeline reviews, and performance assessments.
• Create strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and enhance existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate closely with recruiting and operations to guarantee exceptional customer service and execution.
• Maintain precise sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and implement action plans to enhance results.
• Assist in key customer presentations, contract negotiations, and strategic account development.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• A highly ethical team player who communicates effectively with both internal and external site staff.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with outstanding leadership experience in the staffing industry.
• A minimum of five (5) years of sales management experience within a staffing firm is required.
• Proven track record in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams in the staffing sector.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining successful sales professionals.
• Strong grasp of staffing sales, business development, customer relationship management, and sales pipeline management.
• Experience in managing remote sales teams across various geographic markets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and formulate strategies for improvement.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
