This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and nurture robust, enduring relationships with both potential and current customers.
• Comprehend customer business requirements and goals to provide customized solutions.
• Formulate and implement a regional business strategy to surpass sales objectives.
• Proactively discover and pursue new business prospects within the designated region.
• Arrange and carry out site visits, technical product demonstrations, presentations, and educational events to highlight Axis solutions.
• Advocate for the advantages of Axis solutions to integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users.
• Collaborate closely with Technology Partners to deliver tailored solutions.
• Engage actively in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and other promotional sales activities.
• Remain informed about industry trends, attend educational events, and share insights internally.
• Compile sales reports that detail new and ongoing projects.
• Use CRM systems to provide precise forecasts and reports on activities and pipelines.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience such as electronic trade training.
• At least 5 years of comprehensive sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in enterprise sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Previous experience in technology, security, or a related industry is valued but not mandatory.
• A strong technical background with experience in cameras and computer networks is preferred.
• Capabilities in design application.
