
Regional Sales Manager – West Coast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee sales initiatives within a designated geographic area by promoting Newterra products across various water applications.
• Negotiate sales agreements and process purchase orders in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Meet revenue targets by generating sales leads, initiating prospect outreach, and building lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers.
• Respond to inquiries and provide recommendations to prospects based on comprehensive knowledge of the product range.
• Assist the Manufacturers Rep network in reaching their annual order targets, which includes setting expectations, fulfilling resource and training needs, tracking progress, and encouraging the promotion of Company products.
• Help customers with all necessary paperwork to finalize the sale, including negotiations leading to a fully executed purchase order.
• Keep accurate and current records of all opportunities and customer contact information in Company systems.
• Organize and conduct sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales-related activities.
• Provide support to other Company personnel as needed to resolve customer issues such as field troubleshooting and payment matters.
• Develop strategic plans to foster profitable and sustainable sales growth in targeted regions and segments.
• Forecast, report, and analyze sales and margin performance within the region and segment, while managing and reporting on budgets for the assigned territory.
• Assess and recommend products and services that align with targeted regional needs.
• Serve as the intermediary between customers and internal teams to ensure customer demands are met.
• Conduct site visits during equipment installations and support startup activities as required.
• Must be willing to travel internationally, 30-50 percent of the time.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business or international studies.
• At least 5 years of experience in a sales role is necessary.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in international business is required.
• Technical knowledge or familiarity with wastewater treatment equipment (municipal and/or industrial) is essential.
• Experience with international travel is mandatory.
• A valid passport and the ability to travel to and from locations within designated territories is required.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations related to municipal and industrial water treatment is necessary.
• Proficiency in communication and writing skills is required; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected.
• Management experience is preferred but not a requirement.
