This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets within the W&P sector.
• Spearhead account development initiatives and foster long-term growth.
• Manage the sector's P&L to ensure profitable outcomes.
• Mentor and develop sales teams to enhance customer engagement.
• Supply market insights and aid in the development of the product roadmap.
• Guarantee precise forecasting and robust channel performance.
• Direct campaigns, events, and introductions of new products focusing on W&P.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Strategy, and Services teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Extensive senior sales experience in industrial or manufacturing settings (7+ years).
• Demonstrated history of commercial achievements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
• Capacity to excel in a matrixed and rapidly evolving environment.
• Strong integrity, cultural sensitivity, and entrepreneurial mindset.
