
Regional Sales Manager – UK Defence, National Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of and enhance relationships across 10-15 key Defence and National Security accounts, including the MOD, Intelligence agencies, and Critical National Infrastructure (CNI).
• Develop long-term account strategies that align with departmental cyber roadmaps, capability enhancement programs, and procurement timelines.
• Navigate intricate stakeholder landscapes involving Senior Responsible Owners (SROs), Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), and military leadership up to 2*/equivalent grade.
• Clearly demonstrate how CrowdStrike's Threat Graph, premier adversary intelligence, and rapid response capabilities protect against Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) groups that are actively targeting UK national security.
• Position our platform in relation to NCSC guidance, Defence Cyber Strategy, and compliance requirements.
• Construct and oversee a strong pipeline through strategic identification of opportunities.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes typical of government procurement.
• Provide accurate forecasting in line with fiscal year and departmental budget cycles.
• Lead virtual teams comprised of Solutions Engineers, Threat Intelligence briefers, technology specialists, Public Sector policy experts, and C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with strategic partners and systems integrators involved in defence programs.
• Work in coordination with our Government Affairs team to ensure policy alignment and pursue strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated history of successfully selling enterprise cybersecurity or mission-critical technology within the UK Defence, Intelligence, and National Security sectors.
• Active security clearance (SC minimum; DV highly desirable) or eligibility for immediate sponsorship.
• Extensive network within the MOD, Intelligence Community, and critical CNI security leadership.
• Proven success in navigating government procurement frameworks and intricate approval processes.
• Technical proficiency in cybersecurity areas, including EDR/XDR, threat intelligence, incident response, and cloud security.
• Ability to engage effectively with military and intelligence leadership on operational security issues and threat landscapes.
• Understanding of defence acquisition processes, capability development, and through-life support models.
• Experience in selling to programs of record or influencing long-term capability roadmaps.
• Record of achieving quotas in complex, relationship-focused environments.
