This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Create a strategic business plan aimed at exceeding sales objectives.
• Oversee and sustain the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Assist clients in recognizing the value that Cribl offers throughout the sales journey.
• Clearly communicate our value proposition at all levels of the organization, from engineers to CxOs.
• Provide reliable sales forecasting and achieve sales targets consistently.
• As a remote-first organization, you may be expected to occasionally work outside of regular hours due to varying time zones.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Strategic Security Sales targeting Fortune-level organizations, focusing on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT roles (CISCO/CIOs).
• Experience with at least one early-stage start-up, having fewer than 1000 employees, or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills throughout your career.
• Proven history of securing and expanding seven-figure deals.
• Success in selling to Global 2000 companies, including the development of at least one new logo from the ground up.
• Experience in selling through a channel-driven approach.
• Ability to generate demand within a territory and sell solutions that are not previously budgeted.
• Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales framework.
