This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process from prospecting to closing within your designated territory.
• Create new sales opportunities through outbound efforts, follow-ups on inbound leads, and developing relationships.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new logo opportunities within the SMB and mid-market sectors.
• Maintain effective pipeline management and ensure CRM accuracy (HubSpot or similar platforms).
• Engage in consultative sales discussions with stakeholders from HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Showcase Globalli’s global payroll, EOR, and HCM solutions in a manner that emphasizes value.
• Oversee proposals, pricing negotiations, and contract discussions until closure.
• Achieve or surpass individual sales goals and performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Guarantee a seamless transition from sales to implementation and onboarding processes.
• Provide constructive feedback regarding market trends, customer demands, and objections.
• Assist in the ongoing enhancement of sales messaging and playbooks.
• Engage in relevant industry events (both virtual and in-person) to bolster pipeline development.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts and industries.
• Promote Globalli’s presence within the HR tech and global workforce landscape.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Background in HR technology, global payroll, EOR, PEO, HCM, or workforce platforms.
• Demonstrated success in a hunter role focused on acquiring new logos.
• Experience selling to decision-makers in HR, Finance, or Operations within SMB or mid-market sectors.
