• Become a vital part of our team as an Outbound Sales Representative, assisting customers in uncovering valuable insurance review opportunities while advancing your career in a dynamic, remote-first setting.
• Manage the daily operations of a lead generation team based in the Philippines, focusing on outbound customer engagement and qualification efforts.
• Enhance team performance through coaching, quality assurance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring agents adhere to approved qualification processes, compliance standards, and customer engagement protocols.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to a team of Outbound Sales Representatives.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance in relation to established KPIs and targets.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and developmental conversations.
• Facilitate daily team huddles and performance meetings.
• Cultivate a positive, accountable, and results-oriented team culture.
• Oversee attendance, productivity, and overall team engagement.
• Guide team members in effective questioning techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies.
• Review call recordings and deliver constructive feedback.
• Ensure consistent compliance with approved call scripts, qualification frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Monitor call quality and pinpoint coaching opportunities.
• Assist in the onboarding and ongoing development of new team members.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate focused training initiatives.
• Generate and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Track and report on essential performance metrics, including Contact Rates, Qualification Rates, Transfer Rates, Conversion Metrics, Attendance, and Productivity.
• Address operational challenges and suggest process enhancements.
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant customer transitions to advisers.
• Act as the primary connection between the lead generation team and business stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate team performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to execute performance improvement strategies.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, BPO, insurance, or financial services sectors.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in leading a voice-based sales or customer contact team.
• Proven capability to coach, mentor, and develop high-achieving sales professionals.
• Strong knowledge of sales, lead generation, and contact center KPIs.
• Experience in conducting call quality assessments and performance reviews.
• Ability to lead coaching sessions, performance discussions, and team meetings effectively.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Documented success in leading teams to meet performance and sales objectives.
