This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.
• Accountable for enhancing revenue, profitability, and market share for Henry Schein Products at the center level within their assigned territory.
• Engages in regular and continuous business reviews with the Regional General Manager (RGM) to identify and focus on center-level category growth opportunities, specifically within private accounts and L/R-DSO’s, emphasizing Biomaterial and Endo products.
• Supplies ongoing targeting and analytical resources to RGM / Field Sales Consultants (FSC) to pinpoint account-level category growth opportunities.
• Offers clinical expertise to both clients and FSC teams to boost sales at various accounts.
• Facilitates product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually, to support HSP category growth in individual (private practice) and group (DSO’s, study clubs, etc.) sales settings.
• Collaborates with internal teams and Clinical Sales Management to create suitable sales materials, launch initiatives, and execute plans that meet the needs and capitalize on opportunities within DSO accounts across the HSP portfolio.
• Leverages available CRM systems, analytics, and other reporting and communication tools to document, assess, strategize, and coordinate activities aimed at increasing HSP revenue within the designated territory.
• 2 to 5 years of progressive responsibility in relevant sales experience.
• Usually requires a Bachelor's Degree or its global equivalent in a related field.
• No specific physical demands are necessary.
