
Regional Sales Manager – Southwest

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Southwestern United States.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with current customers.
• Identify and pursue potential new customers and markets within the region.
• Prepare and present compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to both existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Operations Lead to create accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to recognize emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive threats.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to optimize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM tools for managing opportunities and quotes effectively.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activity, revenue, and pipeline updates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated success in sales within B2B manufacturing, specifically in selling capital equipment.
• Willingness to travel as required within the designated region (approximately 30-50% of the time).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with industry and market trends in the region.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales-related tools.
• Must hold a valid passport and driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Eligible for a commissions program and annual performance bonuses.
• Includes a monthly vehicle stipend to facilitate regional travel needs.

• Vacation: 120 hours per year, with increases based on years of service.
• Sick Leave: 40 hours per year, accrued at 1 hour per 40 hours worked for hourly employees; salaried employees will be prorated for the first year.
• Holidays: 70 hours per year (8.5 days), including 1 Floating Holiday, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday, a half day on Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
