• Take charge of driving sales and fostering market growth in your assigned region while nurturing customer relationships.

• Direct and oversee sales operations within the designated area, encompassing prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and finalizing sales for our products, services, and solutions.

• Achieve ambitious yet attainable monthly sales goals.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and build enduring business partnerships.

• Execute regional sales strategies and marketing initiatives aimed at meeting or surpassing sales objectives.

• Collaborate closely with national sales managers and the marketing team to synchronize regional goals with the company's mission.

• Identify new business prospects and untapped markets within the region.

• Formulate strategies to attract new clients and enhance market share.

• Perform regular market research and explore new sales avenues.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of ventilation products, systems, and industry trends.

• Advise customers on technical specifications, product applications, and compliance standards.

• Provide ongoing reports regarding sales performance, forecasts, market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback.

• Lead contract negotiations, finalize pricing and terms, and secure deals while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.

• Analyze, identify, and manage opportunities and enhancements across all business functions.

• Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure high-quality, customer-focused sales approaches.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with energy-efficient ventilation technologies and sustainable building practices.

• Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Certification in sales or HVAC-related fields.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• In-depth understanding of the industry, competitors, and market trends to effectively identify opportunities and position products.

• Strong problem-solving skills to swiftly tackle challenges, whether related to sales or customer issues.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and sales processes to maximize productivity.

• Adaptability in managing various personalities, business environments, and sales strategies.
