This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• The Regional Sales Manager will be instrumental in defining the sales strategy and driving revenue growth, while also being responsible for managing existing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with our sales channel to broaden our business across all areas within the designated geographic territory.
• Accountable for implementing training and management for representatives in the territory, preparing sales materials, and executing the Company’s sales process to secure new orders.
• Achieves or surpasses all quarterly and annual sales goals for the assigned geographical region.
• Demonstrates, promotes, and sells products/services by leveraging comprehensive product and application knowledge to both existing and prospective customers.
• Develops and implements a thorough sales strategy aimed at meeting and exceeding sales objectives within the region.
• Fosters and maintains robust relationships with current and prospective customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Oversees and trains Sales Representatives, including the preparation of monthly forecasts and strategic planning.
• Manages all existing customers within the assigned territory to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepares sales materials, presentations, and quotations.
• Conducts sales calls and manages projects.
• Coordinates evaluations, demonstrations, and resolves open issues.
• Places orders for machines from headquarters and executes the order entry process.
• Communicates effectively with Headquarters.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of Sales Experience or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing, robotics, PCB assembly, and/or AI; 2-4 years of experience preferred.
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally (valid U.S. Passport required; up to 50% travel).
• Exceptional oral and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in computer, software, and networking skills; possesses strong mechanical aptitude.
• Capable of working effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive with excellent organizational, administrative, project management, and teamwork skills; detail-oriented.
• Able to perform under pressure and meet time constraints; skilled at handling challenging goals and deadlines.
• Competent in delivering effective technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
