Regional Sales Manager, Shoulder & Sports Med

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for supporting Medacta USA as the Regional Shoulder & Sports Medicine Manager, focused on fostering and expanding shoulder arthroplasty and sports medicine growth within the designated region.

• Tasked with driving new business initiatives, activating underdeveloped markets, recruiting and nurturing channel partners, and ensuring the seamless execution of Medacta’s shoulder and sports strategy across hospitals, ASCs, and surgeon networks.

• Functions as the regional business leader, overseeing growth, talent development, and operational execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or a professional certification in a medical field.

• At least 7 years of comprehensive upper extremity orthopedic sales experience, including 3 years in a sales management role.

• Hospital Credentialing: You will need to provide the necessary health documentation, including but not limited to vaccinations, TB testing results, titers, etc.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational development abilities along with proven leadership skills.

• Must possess excellent strategic planning capabilities, along with a track record of sales management success.

• Demonstrate independent, proactive judgment in preventing and solving problems related to product development, customers, sales policies, strategies, and procedures.

• Significant discretion and judgment should be applied in decision-making related to sales policies and procedures.

• Proficient in PC/Microsoft Office software suite, Mac/iOS, general office equipment, orthopedic instruments, automobile, smartphone, and mobile applications.
