Regional Sales Manager – Salzburg, Upper Austria, Lower Austria

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive visits to clients and potential clients to deliver exceptional support and grow the current customer base.

• Manage pricing and terms within the region according to established authorities.

• Monitor market trends and competitors, including generating relevant reports.

• Engage in trade fairs, internal exhibitions, training sessions, and other relevant events.

• Actively pursue the acquisition of new clients.

• Report directly to the designated manager and collaborate closely with the internal sales team, application consultants, and product management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally with several years in field sales of technically complex products.

• Willingness to engage in extensive and ongoing travel.

• Familiarity with sealants and adhesives and/or experience in the construction industry (e.g., windows, doors, façades, wall and floor) is preferred.

• Strong understanding of the regional market for construction products and their distribution channels.

• A dedicated workspace for a home office with adequate space is necessary.

• A valid driving license (category B) is required.

• Proficiency in Office 365 is essential.

• High initiative, excellent organizational skills, and a confident, personable, and persuasive demeanor are important.

• Must reside primarily within the sales territory.
