Regional Sales Manager, Respiratory Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Consistently meets or surpasses regional sales targets.

• Creates detailed annual strategic plans for regional management review.

• Oversees and directs sales initiatives for the region, aligning with the objectives of the Respiratory Health division.

• Manages a team comprising Account Executives and Clinical Specialists.

• Collaborates with fellow AVP’s, RVP, and Sales VP to develop divisional sales policies, procedures, and strategies.

• Fosters and nurtures robust relationships with internal operations, finance, human resources, and other support functions to optimize profitability and efficiency.

• Meets all administrative expectations while understanding and complying with all company and regulatory/compliance policies and procedures.

• Engages in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Baxter’s processes, products, and services.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• Over 5 years of proven experience as a top-level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare sectors.

• More than 3 years of leadership experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.

• Proven track record in effectively recruiting, developing, and managing the performance of a sales team.

• Demonstrated capability to build and maintain customer relationships.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
