This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Lead a high-performing team by motivating, mentoring, and nurturing a group of sales professionals throughout the region.

• Establish clear expectations and ensure alignment regarding goals and priorities.
• Take ownership of the region’s sales outcomes, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Track key metrics and proactively modify strategies to optimize results.
• Discover new growth opportunities within existing and previously untapped markets.
• Build strong relationships with designers, design firms, and essential industry contacts.
• Represent the Phillip Jeffries brand with confidence, professionalism, and genuineness.
• Maintain a close connection to your market to anticipate client needs and trends.
• Translate broader business objectives into actionable plans for your region.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitive activities, and customer behaviors.
• Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to facilitate product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Partner with Customer Experience, Sampling, Logistics, and Finance to ensure a smooth client journey.
• Contribute to a culture of shared ownership and strong internal partnerships.
• Must reside in the Washington, DC area.
• 5–7 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership and management role.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and consistently achieving strong business results.
• Capability to hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including remote team members across various roles.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Highly effective communicator with strong skills in presentation and relationship-building.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and execute tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in field sales or managing regional/territorial teams.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to drive initiatives from inception to completion.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a focus on cross-functional partnerships.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
