Regional Sales Manager – Pumps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee a variety of projects at various stages of their lifecycle.

• Foster relationships with process engineers, maintenance teams, facilities personnel, plant managers, and purchasing agents.

• Assess how acquiring new process equipment can assist the customer in reducing costs and enhancing quality.

• Negotiate and finalize multimillion-dollar contracts.

• Provide insights and feedback to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A demonstrated history of successful, consultative sales experience in the industrial sector.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a mechanical or electrical engineering setting.

• A proven ability to engage with and influence key decision-makers.

• Previous experience with electrical submersible pumps and electrical control panels is advantageous.
