Regional Sales Manager – Power Stability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for generating and securing business within the Power Stability sector, focusing on Transmission, Distribution, Power Generation Utilities, and Developer clients.

• Oversee the entire process from identifying new business opportunities to nurturing customer relationships through to deal closure.

• Establish and maintain connections with TSOs/DSOs, regulatory bodies, utilities, IPPs, and partners to influence planning and procurement strategies.

• Tasked with selling solutions that facilitate the integration of higher levels of renewable energy into the grid.

• Play a key role in achieving order targets for Power Conversion and Storage in North America within a strategic and expanding segment of the business.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• A degree in electrical, electromechanical, or a related engineering discipline is highly preferred.

• At least 8 years of experience in sales and/or business development within the technology, energy, or related sectors.

• Proficient knowledge of medium voltage power conversion technologies, including but not limited to power electronics and electrical rotating machinery.

• Strong customer-focused approach, with the capability to translate customer needs and challenges into lucrative business solutions.

• Strategic thinker with the capacity to convert business development obstacles into growth opportunities.

• Self-motivated with a collaborative attitude and a persistent “can-do” mindset throughout the entire business cycle.

• Demonstrated success in working effectively within multicultural and remote teams, showcasing inclusive behaviors.

• Experience in functional or matrix leadership, with the ability to lead through influence instead of authority.

• Willingness to travel as required by business demands.
