Regional Sales Manager – Plumbing/Industrial B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a regional business strategy to enhance Plumbing & Industrial sales channels across the Western US.

• Engage with members of the regional National Plumbing Buying Group to assess relevance and strategize for market share growth.

• Collaborate with regional National Plumbing Account members to regain market share and acquire new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with planning teams to assess available capacity and improve fill rates.

• Prioritize entities for engagement to maximize growth in market share.

• Work alongside planning teams to optimize inventory management and distribution processes.

• Identify and rank target accounts and partnerships for engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in regional sales management.

• A background in plumbing or industrial sectors through wholesale distribution and/or manufacturing.

• Proven sales experience with DWV fittings, sch40, sch80, and pipe products.

• A bachelor’s degree, ideally in business or a related discipline.

• A self-motivated individual with a strong team orientation and a track record of achieving results.

• Excellent skills in presentation, organization, and time management.

• A demonstrated history of exceeding corporate objectives.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Strong technical skills with the capacity to explain complex concepts and perform hands-on product demonstrations.

• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60-70%) within the assigned territory, covering all states west of the Mississippi.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Must currently reside near a major airport in AZ, CO, NM, or NV.
