This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Formulate and implement a strategic territory plan, which includes establishing annual sales objectives and activity milestones.
• Present tailored presentations to brokers and potential clients, showcasing Ameriflex products and services to fulfill customer requirements.
• Organize and lead client seminars, online presentations, and face-to-face meetings to grow the customer base.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of Ameriflex products, services, and overall sales methodologies, effectively conveying this information to brokers and clients.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities by nurturing relationships with brokers and prospective clients.
• Track and evaluate sales performance to achieve or surpass annual revenue objectives and product goals.
• Engage in weekly sales meetings with the sales team and Senior Vice President of Sales to assess progress and deliberate on regional sales approaches.
• Precisely record sales activities and client interactions utilizing Salesforce, ensuring detailed and current documentation.
• Sustain existing broker relationships to guarantee satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in regional conferences, industry events, and marketing meetings to remain updated on industry trends and network with prospective clients.
• Serve as the primary liaison for brokers and clients, delivering prompt and professional assistance.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure cohesion on territory strategies, sales efforts, and client requirements.
• Provide constructive feedback and insights to the sales leadership team to help refine sales strategies and enhance sales processes.
• Uphold professional business conduct in all communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
• Extensive experience in territory management, showcasing the ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
• Proven history of meeting sales targets and enhancing client relationships.
• Capability to deliver persuasive sales presentations and tailor messaging to suit various audiences.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and establish rapport with brokers and clients.
• Strong presentation abilities, with experience in delivering sales pitches to varied groups.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strategic planning expertise, with the ability to formulate and execute annual business plans and adapt strategies as necessary.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM software (Salesforce preferred) for sales tracking and reporting.
• Comfortable with technology and tools used for virtual presentations and communications (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• Familiarity with Google Suite and Google Workspace for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight trips for national conferences and events.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the employee benefits, insurance, or a related industry.
