This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +4 more states.
• Accountable for marketing commercial vision programs to employers within a designated geographic area.
• Foster new business development and achieve sales targets.
• Cultivate, oversee, and enhance relationships with distribution partners for commercial vision and/or dental products.
• Recognize and chase new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Develop, present, and deliver compelling proposals and bid responses to employer clients.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources—including Sales, Account Management, Operations, Support, Finance, and Senior Leadership—to meet account objectives.
• Produce precise monthly sales and activity reports.
• Work closely with Account Management and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of progressive sales experience in ancillary benefits, managed care, vision, dental, or healthcare sectors.
• At least 2 years of experience presenting to executive-level audiences, including HR, Benefits Leadership, or C-suite decision-makers.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gamma, Canva).
• Strong grasp of employer benefits strategies, including funding arrangements, enrollment cycles, and renewal processes.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
