
Regional Sales Manager – North Central Distribution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +7 more states.
• Oversee and drive profitable sales across relevant channels by developing and implementing annual strategic sales plans.
• Sustain and grow the regional customer base.
• Organize sales territories within the region, focusing on both existing and prospective markets.
• Coordinate business reviews with direct reports.
• Carry out performance evaluations and offer consistent feedback and professional development opportunities to team members.
• Ensure appropriate training and ongoing reinforcement on CFS and CRM systems.
• Recruit, nurture, and retain talented individuals.
• Host business review meetings with key decision-makers of major identified clients.
• Foster strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Conduct at least quarterly ride-alongs with direct reports.
• Responsible for budget maintenance and monitoring.
• Present at quarterly regional business reviews.
• Conduct annual competitive market analysis.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in analytics-driven sales organizations is essential.
• Strong understanding of the market landscape.
• Knowledge of healthcare professional (HCP) business processes.
• Expert knowledge of products and applications within relevant categories.
• Competence across a full range of product categories to identify leads and develop cross-selling opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong technical abilities.
• Solid understanding of Customer Focused Sales (CFS) principles.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage with all levels within accounts.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Highly skilled in Excel, data management, and analytical tasks.
