This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.
• Offer strategic guidance and assistance to Territory Sales Managers for assigned brands and products
• Mentor and coach Territory Sales Managers to effectively influence selling behaviors
• Oversee the regional sales funnel and impact cross-regional programs and initiatives
• Meet the region's sales objectives within set timeframes and parameters
• Direct sales activities in accordance with organizational strategies, plans, mission, and budget expectations
• Focus on top-line sales, cultivate key opinion leaders, and promote competitive conversions
• Recruit, select, train, compensate, mentor, and inspire personnel
• Assist field sales personnel in their personal and professional growth
• Orient and support new field sales personnel within the assigned geography
• Create annual sales targets and forecasts for the designated area
• Uphold company sales policies and procedures
• Communicate new product ideas and extensions from the field to the office
• Manage and implement field promotions
• Design and oversee sales training initiatives
• Fill open territories and provide support to the sales organization as needed
• Regularly visit assigned customers to promote products, provide information, and gather feedback
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Review and address customer complaints and suggest corrective measures
• Prepare and analyze performance reports
• Coordinate communication among sales, the home office, and other sales-related business units
• Oversee personnel and financial responsibilities, including the regional budget
• Work collaboratively with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Support teams
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales success at 100% quota, ideally in dental or medical device sales
• Proven leadership skills beyond mere sales success
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities
• Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Completion of formal sales training courses is preferred
• Experience with digital navigation and training on Nobel Biocare digital products is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience leading or coaching a sales team of 6 or more direct reports with a proven successful performance record
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Capability to manage a territory of similar size and scope
• Established leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience in forecasting and budgeting
• Knowledge of effective people-management practices
• Flexibility to adapt to change

• Understanding of dental practice business operations
• Competence to work independently and innovatively
