This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Sells enterprise security software solutions across the full range of the company's offerings and fosters incremental revenue with new clients, primarily utilizing flexible and scalable licensing models.
• Formulates and implements a detailed business strategy for each account, which includes identifying key customer requirements and aligning the benefits of CrowdStrike's solutions with customer business needs.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, promotes accelerated product adoption, and manages the eventual transition of accounts to expansion/renewal-focused Account Managers after the initial months.
• Requires timely documentation of customer contacts and activity data within CRM/Marketing software as part of the role.
• Advocates for CrowdStrike's products, enhances brand visibility and recognition at all levels, and shares success stories widely.
• Collects and provides customer feedback to internal teams for product, systems, and process improvements.
• The role primarily involves fieldwork away from the home office or company location to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Possesses expert-level experience and employs professional concepts and company objectives to creatively and effectively resolve complex issues.
• Holds in-depth industry knowledge and comprehension of customers' decision-making processes, including their goals, strategies, and business objectives.
• Demonstrates expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills across all levels of customer interaction.
• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the business and technical contexts related to key account opportunities.
• Self-motivated and driven individual who showcases leadership within the account set and inspires others to engage.
• Fully skilled in consultative effectiveness and building trust with both internal and external customers.
• Possesses thorough knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions, along with concepts of software business value and the company's product offerings.
