This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist independent representative agencies by facilitating sales calls, sharing information, and managing product transitions.
• Contribute insights to aid in planning and forecasting product demand.
• Accountable for developing and implementing sales forecasts and budgets.
• Supply market intelligence regarding pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to uphold a competitive edge, and communicate pricing to customers.
• Responsible for prospecting new clients, setting up accounts, and processing customer orders using the ERP system.
• Represent ZF at trade exhibitions and related industry events as required.
• Travel required is 50-75%.
• Advocate for customer needs in alignment with ZF company policies.
• A BA/BS Degree is required or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales is mandatory.
• Knowledge and expertise in automotive or mechanical fields are advantageous.
• Must demonstrate excellent presentation, communication (both verbal and written), and organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite is required.
