Regional Sales Manager – Mountain Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create and execute strategic sales initiatives.

• Oversee all sales-related functions and maintain customer relationships for designated accounts.

• Cultivate connections with both existing and potential accounts.

• Recognize sales prospects and build a robust business pipeline.

• Achieve and surpass established sales growth targets.

• Handle CRM responsibilities and ensure records are current.

• Communicate essential customer insights to the VP of Sales and/or President.

• Participate in regional exhibitions as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 8 years of experience in territory sales, ideally within the safety product sector.

• Proficient in computer skills (MS Office).

• Skilled in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

• Competent in MS Outlook email.

• Familiarity with Phocas BI and Tour de Force CRM is advantageous.
