This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Develop and implement a strategic territory plan aimed at hospitals, health systems, imaging centers, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations.
• Build a qualified pipeline through personal networks, daily outbound prospecting, referrals, targeted outreach, site visits, and participation in industry events.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and final agreement.
• Assess customer needs, identify decision-makers, and understand funding and purchasing timelines.
• Achieve set revenue, prospecting, customer meeting, and pipeline objectives.
• Cultivate customer relationships to foster repeat business, referrals, equipment replacements, coach and/or trailer replacements or refurbishments, rentals, and service opportunities.
• Regularly update Salesforce with customer communications, meeting notes, opportunity progress, contact details, deal values, expected close dates, and scheduled next steps.
• Ensure consistent outreach and follow-up while responding promptly to inquiries.
• Organize quotes and supporting documents; provide accurate weekly updates on pipeline and revenue forecasts.
• Identify stalled opportunities and communicate any obstacles or support needs early on.
• Collaborate with regional sales colleagues and the Envision ecosystem for lead sharing, customer access expansion, and coordinated account ownership and outreach.
• Work alongside marketing on targeted campaigns and follow up on qualified leads.
• Engage operations, service, project management, and fabrication teams to devise practical solutions and confirm scope, capabilities, and delivery timelines.
• Sell new and used imaging equipment, mobile coaches and trailers, rental options, refurbishment solutions, and relevant service agreements.
• Identify mobile mammography service opportunities and coordinate with the appropriate Assured Imaging team.
• Support pricing and margin goals, negotiate within authorized limits, and secure leadership approval for any exceptions.
• Ensure a thorough handoff of signed business, detailing customer expectations, scope, timelines, and commitments.
• Minimum of three years of proven sales experience in medical capital equipment, diagnostic imaging, mobile healthcare solutions, or a closely related healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads, acquire new customers, develop a territory, and close intricate sales.
• Build and strengthen trusted relationships with healthcare executives, clinical leaders, key opinion leaders, and industry partners.
• Experience in selling to healthcare decision-makers and navigating the purchasing and approval processes.
• Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and closing deals.
• Consistent discipline in CRM usage, reliable forecasting abilities, and strong organizational skills along with effective follow-through.
• Capability to work independently while also collaborating across teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings, site visits, demonstrations, and industry events.
• Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with selling mammography, X-ray, ultrasound, DEXA, or related imaging systems.
• Experience with imaging OEMs such as GE HealthCare, Hologic, or Siemens Healthineers.
• Background in selling mobile coaches, trailers, rentals, refurbishment, or service agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
