This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Create and implement a territory strategy aimed at hospitals, health systems, imaging centers, physician groups, and other healthcare entities.
• Build a qualified sales pipeline through personal networks, daily prospecting, referrals, targeted outreach, site visits, and participation in industry events.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial discovery to proposal, negotiation, and final agreement.
• Assess customer needs, identify decision-makers, and understand funding and purchasing timelines.
• Achieve set revenue, prospecting, customer meeting, and pipeline objectives.
• Cultivate customer relationships to foster repeat business, referrals, replacements, refurbishments, rentals, and service opportunities.
• Update Salesforce on a daily basis with customer interactions, meeting notes, progression of opportunities, contact details, deal values, anticipated close dates, and next steps.
• Maintain regular outreach and follow-up schedules, responding quickly to inquiries.
• Keep quotes and related documents organized, and provide precise weekly updates on the pipeline and revenue forecasts.
• Identify stalled opportunities and proactively communicate any challenges or support needs.
• Collaborate with regional sales teammates and the Envision network to share leads, enhance customer access, and coordinate account management and outreach efforts.
• Work alongside marketing to execute targeted campaigns and follow up on qualified leads.
• Engage with operations, service, project management, and fabrication teams to create solutions and confirm project scope, capabilities, and delivery schedules.
• Sell both new and used imaging equipment, mobile coaches and trailers, rentals, refurbishment solutions, and service agreements.
• Identify opportunities for mobile mammography services and work with the appropriate Assured Imaging team.
• Support pricing and margin targets, negotiate within authorized limits, and secure leadership approval for exceptions.
• Ensure a comprehensive handoff of signed agreements, encompassing customer expectations, project scope, timelines, and commitments.
• Travel regularly within the territory; this role does not include direct reports.
• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in medical capital equipment, diagnostic imaging, mobile healthcare solutions, or a comparable healthcare domain.
• Proven track record of independently generating leads, acquiring new customers, developing territories, and closing intricate sales.
• Ability to cultivate and strengthen trusted relationships with healthcare executives, clinical leaders, key opinion leaders, and industry partners.
• Experience selling to healthcare decision-makers and navigating purchasing and approval procedures.
• Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and closing sales.
• Consistent discipline in using CRM systems, reliable forecasting, and excellent organization and follow-through.
• Capability to work independently while also collaborating across teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings, site visits, demonstrations, and industry events.
• Preferred familiarity with Salesforce.
• Experience in selling mammography, X-ray, ultrasound, DEXA, or similar imaging systems.
• Previous experience with imaging OEMs such as GE HealthCare, Hologic, or Siemens Healthineers.
• Background in selling mobile coaches, trailers, rentals, refurbishments, or service agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, healthcare, or a relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience.
