• Actively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities within the designated territory.

• Establish and nurture relationships with OEMs, contractors, wholesale distributors, and major end users.

• Generate qualified leads through various methods such as prospecting, networking, trade shows, and industry events.

• Formulate territory strategies aimed at boosting revenue, expanding market share, and supporting long-term business goals.

• Serve as the main sales representative for clients within your territory.

• Enhance existing accounts by identifying opportunities to introduce additional products.

• Comprehend each customer's business needs and provide consultative advice accordingly.

• Oversee the sales pipeline through CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and consistent account management.

• Represent DuraPlas professionally during customer visits, product demonstrations, trade shows, and other industry-related events.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in B2B settings; experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or Industrial markets is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

• Experience in launching or expanding new project lines is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently in field sales across multiple states.
