
Regional Sales Manager – Midwest

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Responsible for the Midwest region, covering Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Central Canada.
• Manage end users within the assigned areas.
• Drive revenue growth in designated accounts and territories.
• Plan and conduct end user visits, including those for unidentified end users.
• Accountable for developing annual, quarterly, and/or monthly plans for accounts and territories.
• Reach out to assigned customer accounts or prospects to promote and sell company products within a specific geographic territory.
• Maintain a sales funnel and manage key accounts effectively.
• Concentrate on achieving personal sales targets, developing new business, nurturing existing customer relationships, and actively resolving specific customer issues.
• Achieve established sales targets consistently.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations.
• Collaborate with various teams, including but not limited to Customer Service, Product Management, and Marketing.

• Adapt to a flexible work schedule as needed.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as required.
• Applicants must reside in the Midwest region to qualify for this position.
• High School Diploma or GED is required, while an associate’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required; experience with cleanroom consumables is highly desirable, along with knowledge of life sciences, pharmaceuticals, micro-electronics, and/or semiconductor markets.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory; must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 35% of the time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, with proficiency in both English and Spanish. Bilingual Spanish is required.
• Ability to create and implement sales strategies based on customer qualification processes and sales through various distribution channels.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks amid multiple and conflicting demands, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Detail-oriented, highly accurate, and reliable.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team; must effectively communicate positively with managers and employees at all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to frequently stand, sit, walk, reach, kneel, and lift, move, or transport up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to wear necessary PPE, which may include gowning, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.
